Inaugural Albert Bazinet Open Winners

The MJCT was proud to spend this past weekend honouring our long time chair Albert Bazinet after his passing in early October of this year. The weekend began with the opening ceremonies where Albert’s family was presented with his Honourary Life Member award by Resby Coutts and Elaine Owen from CurlManitoba. We put the bow on the 2024-25 MJCT season at the Gimli Curling Club this weekend. The top 8 mens and womens teams competed for the last points of the year. Those teams at the top of the standings after the event win a paid entry into the U20 CurlManitoba Provincials this season, courtesy of ASHAM.
